I've just purchased the upper arm compression support also. I figured out where to place the compression pad, but I'm having a difficulttime trying to stretch the compression strap around the cuff. The cuff spins on my arm before I can stretch and secure the strap. Any suggestions, please?
Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can try to hold the product securely with the inside of your elbow to prevent it from falling, then slowly adjust the tightness.
Hope this advice can be useful to you.

I've just purchased an upper arm compression compression support SKU: B0C3VLKWYZ and having trouble putting it on my right bicep correctly with my left hand. In particular I'm not sure where the 'lumpy' bit on the inside of the strap should be located? What's it for? Should it be pressing into the front of the bicep or behind the arm? Thanks
Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The arm pressure support pads mentioned for our product serve to provide support to any discomforting areas, primarily exerting a compressive effect. They are adjustable according to your needs.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.
