With the 6 "feet", this seemed to be very stable. It does have some give a the pivot point to make walking easier and more natural but does hold fairly stable when being used to support getting up. The tip is a hard rubber material and seems like it would last for quite a while.

I got this to replace the old single stopper cap on my mom's cane and it works as intended. She's really happy with it. It does glow in the dark, but it needs to be exposed to light. It stands up on its own, but I found it tricky on a slightly uneven rug. It's great to see that these exist because it makes it so much easier for people to use a cane and with each step the landing is softer. It was easy to install. I popped off the old one and slid this one on. It has a very tight grip and for someone who's elderly they might have a hard time making sure it's fully attached. I pressed it down onto the floor to ensure that it was on all the way. It's not the most attractive color, but it works.

My daughter has recently been having difficulties with walking without pain. She needed something to put on the end of her cane that offered more support for her as she walked. Therefore, I was very happy to find this glow in the dark tip for her.It fits her cane nicely and won't fall off. She likes that it will stand by itself and won't fall over all the time.
