I did not work out how to lock these sticks. When Worked it out, they are very good. Good value for money.
Meets my expectations
Trekking poles are a great way to take some pressure off the user when walking or hiking. This gives you more support when trail running, helps you keep your balance, and helps you stand straighter when walking.
These poles aren't the lightest (despite being aluminum), but they seem solid and aren't expensive for a pair.
Nice quality and good value.
